As a food reviewer for Restaurant World, I am captivated by what Celeste has to offer. Stepping into the restaurant, you are greeted by vibrant decor and a warm atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. The service is equally commendable, with attentive staff who go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels special.

The culinary journey begins with a diverse selection of appetizers that showcase the kitchen's creativity and skill. Highlights include the Crab & Boursin and the Fried Green Tomatoes, both of which bring a taste of southern comfort fused with coastal flavors. Many patrons rave about the Grilled Oysters, with one guest declaring them a must-return item. The Tuna Stack is another refreshing choice that has earned rave reviews, perfectly balancing flavor and presentation.

For the main event, patrons are treated to dishes like the Pan Seared Cajun Grouper that comes accompanied by the house-made Dirty Rice, a fan favorite that is often described as the best rice one could ever hope to experience. The Scallop Special, featuring scallops wrapped in bacon over a luxurious bed of risotto, consistently leaves diners praising its divine flavors.

Vegetable lovers need not fear! Celeste Coastal Cuisine also crafts delicious dishes like the Cajun Jambalaya, teeming with shrimp and andouille sausage, and a well-balanced Strip Steak that may just change your life.

To wash down all these savory delights, the drink menu is robust. Guests recommend the Citrus Mint Julep and house special Red Margarita, while wine aficionados can indulge in exquisite picks from their impressive selection of reds.

And no meal would be complete without dessert! The indulgent bread pudding has achieved legendary status among guests, often cited as a top-three dessert experience, while the Chocolate Mousse Pie serves as a delicious companion, rounding out a perfect meal.

This is one of those places that draw a smile on my face every time I visit HH. The service from Kara was phenomenal since the first interaction. She gave us space without forgetting us. Super attentive. The restaurant has a nice vibe and it has beautiful decor. For drinks, my spouse ordered the Citrus Mint Julep and Damn!! It was really good! I ordered the house red margarita and it was really balanced. For appetizers, we ordered the Tuna Stack, and the Salmon Eggroll. I would not recommend the egg-rolls as they were bit greasy and nothing special about it. But the Tuna Stack felt refreshing in every bite. For entree I ordered the Pan Seared Cajun Grouper and it came with the most delicious Dirty Rice I’ve ever tasted. I could eat a whole bowl of it. Fish was tasty too. My spouse had a Scallop Special, which was scallops wrapped in bacon over a bed of risotto and topped with crab salad. Delicious!!! For dessert, we ordered a bread pudding that easily positions in my top 3 of that category. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND ORDER IT! also ordered the Chocolate Mousse Pie and it was good but jot as special as the other. Definitely, I recommend this place! Treat yourself!

Tash did an excellent job as our waitress and was very attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and speedy with food delivery and additional requests. We are locals and love celeste! We got the lobster boil and crab cakes and both were excellent and substantial portions and were well prepped. Atmosphere is very classy and relaxed with a nice intimate lighting and good for small and large parties! Highly recommend to all island visitors and locals alike!

We had a reservation for a Bachelorette Party and everything was great! Several Party members have food allergies and the staff was incredibly accommodating in ensuring that everyone was taken care of. Our server was the sweetest. The food was top notch.

We ate here last night. It's a great place to dine! We think our waitress name was Deidra (we're terrible at remembering names), and she was amazing! She had great energy and recommendations. We had the fried oysters, strip steak, pork chops, and crab cakes. All were delicious! My sons pork chops were cooked well. Creme brule and mousse cake was a hit as well.

Great experience during our first time here. We had a group of 6 and reservation was right on time. Appetizers (fried green tomatoes, calamari, grilled oysters) were all great. The menu is clear that the calamari is 'steak cut' but it's definitely a thicker piece. Not a bad thing but just be aware. The grilled oysters were the star. I'm usually fine to eat oysters but don't usually get them unless someone else wants them but I'd actually go back specifically for these. Great flavor and cooked perfectly. Between our group we had people getting jambalaya, scallops, tuna, crab cakes, and salmon and everyone loved everything. Will definitely be back to this place next time in town. Service was a bit slow towards the end which was surprising since we were the second to last group there but everything else was outstanding.

Wow. We have discovered a great upscale restaurant. Didn’t even get into the main entree menu. We shared amazing appetizers. The calamari was superb and the mini crab claw appetizer was unreal. Highly recommend this restaurant. Dolan, the bartender was the best.

The six of us had great meals. For starters, the gumbo was delicious and the calamari was so fresh, tender and flavorful. The jambalaya was superbly cooked with tender shrimp and the andouille sausage was perfect. The special of the evening, the ahi tuna, cooked to perfection and so well presented. Dolan the bartender makes an exceptional dirty martini and our waiter, Miles, was attentive and explained all of the dishes. We topped it off by sharing the beignets and the bread pudding which was so tasty. We always enjoy Celeste and it's one of the best restaurants on the island.
